Hit musical Mula sa Buwan brings its proshot film on a global streaming run this March

The hit musical Mula sa Buwan has captured our hearts and garnered critical acclaim with its story of love and defiance. If you still can’t enough of the story of Cyrano, Roxane and Christian, the musical is releasing its professionally shot film for a limited time
this March.

The proshot will be available online and published with English
subtitles, giving viewers from all over the world the opportunity to watch Mula sa Buwan in the comfort of their own homes.

The proshot online streaming will be available on March 24-26 with a ticketed 24-hour streaming window per date and tickets can be purchased via msbtickets.net/online streaming.

For those who can’t wait to see it or want to watch it on a big screen– an Advance Screening will take place on March 18, 2023, Saturday, at 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, at Circuit Cinemas 3 & 4, Ayala Malls, Circuit Makati. You can even can meet some of the Mula sa Buwan cast members and enjoy a 20% discount on tickets for the March 25 online stream.

Mula sa Buwan is the adaptation of Edmund Rostand’s timeless French piece, Cyrano de Bergerac. Instead of 17th century France as its setting, the play brings us to Manila during the 1940s when World War II happened—a period that has permanently dented the history of our country.

The proshot features the cast for the 2022 run including Myke Salomon as Cyrano, Gab Pangilinan-Salomon as Roxane, Markki Stroem as Christian, Phi Palmos as Rosanna, MC dela Cruz as Maximo, Jon Abella as Tato, Jillian Ita-as as Gabriel.

The cast also includes Rapah Manalo, Abe Autea, Jep Go, Stephen Viñas, and Ericka Peralejo as cadets, with Kinnara Mayari, Chesko Rodriguez, Khalil Tambio, Miah Canton, Francis Gatmaytan, Mitzie Lao, Deborah Lemuel, Mark Anthony Grantos, Eizel Marcelo, Ace Polias, Liway Perez, Lance Reblando, Mikaela Regis, Keith Sumbi, and Shaira Opsimar as members of the ensemble.

With book and original lyrics written and directed by Pat Valera, original music and lyrics by William Elvin Manzano, and with the musical direction of Myke Salomon, Mula sa Buwan has been lauded for its impressive performances, beautiful music, and captivating storytelling.
