A new era for frozen desserts in the Philippines

The Philippines is about to witness its coolest culinary event yet. ICEGEX—the International Ice Cream & Gelato Expo—is making its debut on October 24-26, 2025, at the World Trade Center, Manila.

Organized by Haliburton International Events Corporation with Cut Unlimited, Inc. as its official exhibition manager and co-presented by Sterling Pacific Venture Corporation, ICEGEX 2025 marks the country’s first-ever international event dedicated entirely to frozen desserts.

According to its press release, “As the only specialized trade event of its kind in the country, ICEGEX 2025 invites entrepreneurs, connoisseurs, and innovators from around the world to exhibit, collaborate, and celebrate everything ice cream, gelato, and beyond.”

With the goal of gathering top names in ice cream, gelato, suppliers, and technology, ICEGEX promises not just a celebration but a groundbreaking business platform for all players in the industry.

“This is your official invitation to exhibit at the coolest frozen dessert platform in the Philippines,” the event organizers said.

In true Gen Z and millennial style, ICEGEX will deliver immersive tasting zones, live demonstrations, seminar sessions, and even a first-of-its-kind ice cream competition called SORBESTES.

The hands-on experiences will allow attendees to “discover industry trends, source the best ingredients & equipment, expand your network, experience the science & art of ice cream.”
